Reservation Structure
The duties of local reservation (RR):
- To coordinates the local passenger reservation and report it to control point
- Does the request for interline reservation according to the rules.
- Does the booking related the ground arrangement, such as hotel, tour, surface, air taxi, car, etc
The duties of inventory holder (RM):
- Make and save record from all transaction for all host local reservation and other selling offices
- Re-act all the reservation selling offices request and continue to the other control point event to the airline control point.
- Automatically arrange the selling of seat from flight, for example: GARUDA predestinated point is Jakarta so the address is JKTRMGA
The duties of reservation control (RC):
- As the reservation of airlines in hold the interline agreement even the bilateral agreement event multilateral agreement
- Controls all the reservation transaction
- As the coordinator of group booking
- The holder of reservation policy based on the company
Kind of reservation:
- Manual reservation : all transactions carried out manually by this system are usually applied by relatively small company of airlines
- Computerized reservation: transaction are processed by computer.

Passenger data to be collected when we will book:
- Flight number
- Kinds of class
- Date of departure
- Origin and destination city or country
- Estimate Time Arrival / Estimate Time Departure
- Name
- Phone / Contact number
- When will return
- Other request
